How to request a refund

  • Include your order number and, if your item arrived damaged or defective, a photo of the issue.
  • We will reply within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

Conditions

  • Items should be returned with their original contents whenever possible.
  • Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Refund processing
