Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7-13 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on every order that includes the DinoLuma Projector.
• Orders that contain only add-ons or gift items, without the projector, have a flat shipping fee of $200.

Customs and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
